Obituary for Irene Mary Butters
Irene Mary (née Kokotovich) Butters, of Kincardine, passed away peacefully, at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Kincardine, on Saturday, August 29th, 2020 in her 80th year.
Cherished wife of Michael Butters.
Loving mother of Ann Courchesne of Quebec.
Dearly missed by her sisters and brothers-in-law Peggy (Dave) Bird of Nova Scotia, Catherine (Terry) O’Brien of Kincardine, Stephen (Bonnie) Cross of Stratford and Barbara and Ted Tedesco of Pennsylvania.
Fondly remembered by her mother-in-law Marianne Whitfield.
Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Eva (née Duval) Kokotovich.
In keeping with Irene’s wishes, cremation has taken place. She did not wish for a funeral service or visitation. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations to the Humane Society (Grey Bruce Animal Shelter would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
