Peter Kenelm Robinson, of Point Clark, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Kincardine, on Monday, December 28th, 2020, in his 80th year.

Cherished husband of Patricia (née Saxton). Deeply loved by his daughter Belinda and by his 'adopted' daughter Shirley Saxton and her family, brother Kenneth and family, and sisters Susan and Angela and their families. Survived by his daughter Wendy.

Peter will be forever missed by his grandchildren Jennifer Robinson, Naomi Yonick, and Calum and Rhys Davis.

Predeceased by his parents Jack and Jessie (née Simpson) Robinson, sister Maureen, and brother David.

Peter's family would especially like to recognize the following people for their valued friendship and support : Joye Hunt, Sue and David Young, Deborah and Georgia Morris, Margaret and Stan Day, Carol and Tony Clark, Derek Gladding Jr., Deborah and Gabriel Caira, Cherie Hunt-Johnson, Dave Jury and family, Michael and Annetta Bandura, Tony and Rose Davis, and the Thursday morning breakfast crew.

Peter was born in Rotherham, Yorkshire in 1941. In his late 20s, he and Pat and their two young children emigrated to Canada where Peter would spend his career as a nuclear operator at Ontario Hydro (Bruce Power). Peter loved the outdoors – fishing, sailing, and diving – and he was an accomplished carpenter in his spare time.

Following Peter’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

Memorial donations to the Kincardine & Community Health Care Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

My Condolences to all of Pete’s family.
I learned an incredible amount in the plant and in the Control Room from PK with our time on D Crew.
One of those things was how to be firm and not backdown especially when you knew you were right.
I only wish we (his mates) could have gathered in a Pub somewhere and re told some of the stories.
Miss you bud.

To all of Pete's families; Condolences go out to all. I had the pleasure to work with PK. He was a great font of knowledge during commissioning days with the turbines and then on shift together. Fond memories to treasure. Again condolences.
